Policies: Just Sweet 4U guarantees the quality of our collectible pieces to be as stated and will issue a complete refund if an error was made on our part. Additionally, will refund your order, excluding shipping costs, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason. Simply return the item using trackable shipping within 3 days of receipt. Items damaged in shipping must be handled through the insuring agent. We will do our best to assist you with an insurance claim but you must contact us within 3 days of receipt and comply with the insurer’s instructions.
